Healthy Base Initiative

The Beacon will print a weekly health and fitness column for the next calendar year to support the Healthy Base Initiative, a program focused on making healthy living the easy choice and social norm. Topics of discussion will include fitness, nutrition, smoking cessation, trends, habits and a variety of other health-related topics. We hope to inform, inspire and motivate Team March employees and their family members to develop and maintain total fitness for the total force.

If you have ideas about health-related topics, would like to discuss health or fitness lessons learned and successes or simply want to share a great, healthy recipe you have tried, contact the Beacon editor at 452amwpa@gmail.com or 951-655-7344. You can also share your thoughts with us at www.Facebook.com/TeamMarch or www.Twitter.com/March_ARB.

All of this week's top headlines to your email every Friday.
