Senior Airman Carlos Arce, structural engineer, 452nd Civil Engineer Squadron, chips stucco off the wall at the Hap Arnold Club to prepare them for new dry wall and paint. The club is undergoing renovations of the ballroom, bar and connecting foyer with the help of CES members, who are volunteering as a self-help project that consists of structural and electrical work with a projected completion date of Sept. 30.
