Staff Sgt. Kareemah Mata, 452nd Maintenance Group plans and scheduling, decides what to have for lunch from the new food truck here. The food truck began making its rounds this week in support of the healthy base initiative. Healthy food options include fresh fruit, grilled salmon, chicken plates and several different salads. It will visit designated locations on base, sounding its horn as it arrives and stay approximately 10 minutes at each location. Cash and credit or debit cards are accepted, although there will be a $.50 fee added for using cards. A complete menu is available at www.marchfss.com.
