0400- My alarm goes off. Typically I hit the snooze button until about 0420.
0520- I go down stairs and get the car packed with me and my son’s belongings. Then go back in to wake him up, say goodbye to my daughter and put my boots on.
0540- I get in the car and take my son to daycare.
O600- Leave daycare and go to a local chain restaurant to get my oatmeal and coffee.
0650- Arrive in the 452 FSS orderly room.
0655- Proceed to make coffee and talk with SSgt Andrell Taylor about morning events.
0700- Check my email to see if there is a suspense that needs to be done for the day that was not already set.
0710- Work on 3-1 integration/colocation. Since this is Wednesday, I will be preparing for a telecon at 0800 for the training portion of the colocation.
0750- Drive over to 163rd for telecon about training with 163rd FSS, 452 FSS, AF/Rep at the Pentagon and the Guard Bureau.
0800- Start telecon with the 163 FSS, 452 FSS, AF/Rep at the Pentagon and the Guard Bureau. Discussion is about training.
0905- Start to work on tasking that was given during the telecon. Yeah! I get to do more Stats!
0930- Unit meeting. The commander’s handing down information to the section chiefs, and I get to brief on the 3-1 integration/colocation.
1100- Go to lunch. Brought my lunch so I can walk across the street to sit some more.
1230- Go across the street and schedule a conference room for next week’s meeting.
1250- Continue to work on taskings for 3-1, to include writing out this daily outline.
1315- Type up minutes from today’s meeting and attempt to type out previous meeting minutes.
1400- Review Functional I-Plan and give the 163 FSS and 452 FSS commanders my understanding of what needs to be done.
1600- Leave work and pick up my youngest child from daycare.
1700 - Arrive home, get changed and eat before going to church with my children. My daughter and I teach bible study classes for children (K-5th grade), my son attends class. Then we go home, do homework, baths and go to bed.
