Fiscal cliff legislation affects military, civilian paychecks

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The legislation President Barack Obama signed Jan. 2, postponed the fiscal cliff and means changes to military and civilian paychecks, Defense Finance and Accounting Service officials said, Jan. 4.
