A Message From Secretary of State Ken Bennett

It is with great pride that I address you, Arizona’s servicemen and women who protect our freedom. As the saying goes, ‘freedom isn’t free’ – you defend our many constitutional freedoms and our right to vote in a free society. I want to personally thank all of you for the sacrifices you make on a daily basis.

As Arizona’s Chief Election Officer, I am pleased to present this information to help you through the voter registration process, obtain election ballots, submit a ballot, and to better understand Arizona’s election procedures.

If you request an early ballot through this site you will receive information on how to submit a voted ballot using our secure ballot upload system. You’ll be able to vote your ballot, log onto the site and upload an image of the voted ballot which will then be securely transmitted to the proper county. If you wish you can fax your voted ballot directly to the proper County Recorder for processing.

Arizona is the leader in the country in developing and implementing innovative ways for military and overseas personnel to participate in the election process while away from Arizona.

To all U.S. citizens temporarily living overseas, thank you for your service and interest in your country’s election process.
