A: Â Yes, according to changes in the Voluntary Enlisted Early Release Progam Marines can terminate their contract up to 365 days before their original EAS date. However there are some caviats, those applying for termination more than 90 days before their EAS must have approval from the first general officer and it may not cross over fiscal years.
