RelayHealth created in 2006, is designed to simplify how the business of healthcare is managed, while making the delivery of care safer and more efficient.
It provides the connectivity and solutions that enable constituents across healthcare to exchange information securely and conveniently and offers a patient-friendly paper bill, electronic communications with providers and payers, and the virtual online business office.
Our clinic has only had RelayHealth in place since May 2012 and currently have about 15 percent of our patients enrolled to RelayHealth. Our goal is to have 25 percent enrolled by December and 100 percent by the end of 2013.
Essentially, RelayHealth is for active duty members of Headquarters and Heaquarters Squadron, Combat Logistics Company 16 and all dependants, retirees and retired family members whose Primary Care Manager is at the Branch Health Clinic Yuma.
RelayHealth is part of our new initiative which is the Patient-Centered Medical Home Health Care delivery model.
So far it has been well received as being convenient and quick by patients who have been using it.
We want to encourage all patients of the clinic to register ASAP.
REGISTER:
The registration process is quick and easy – it should just take a few minutes. There is no fee to register for this service.
To get started, give your email address to your care provider or front desk clerk and we will send you an email invitation to register. If you don’t see our initiation in your inbox, please check your Spam folder. This email will contain a temporary password and instructions.

To ensure security, we must “ACCEPT” your application before you can use the service. Please allow one business day for our office to process your registration.
