NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. – The intersection of Ellsworth and Fitzgerald on Nellis AFB is scheduled to be closed March 31 – May 31 to construct a traffic roundabout.

Roundabouts are used extensively in Europe and are increasingly being used in the United States to alleviate traffic congestion, reduce fuel consumption, air pollution and accidents.  The graphic accompanying this notice depicts road closures and the traffic detour plan during construction.  Individuals are requested to adjust their travel time as needed.
