Releasing information to the public: All Air Force military and civilian personnel, including Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve personnel on active duty, and civilians under DoD contract who are stationed at Nellis Air Force Base and who intend to release militaryrelated information to the public should contact the Nellis Public Affairs Office at 702-652-2750 and request a Security and Policy Review of their information. The security and policy review program, established by the Secretary of Defense, is designed to protect the U.S. Government, Department of Defense and individual DoD members. The program provides expert review of information proposed by DoD members for public release to ensure it does not contain classified material and does not conflict with established DoD or national policy.

Trespass Notice: The Nellis Small Arms Ranges are located on a 32-square-mile area at the north end of Range Road. This property is set aside for small arms firing and could present a serious danger to trespassers. Unexploded ordinance could be located throughout the area and would pose a hazard if handled by untrained personnel. Trespassing on the ranges or any unauthorized entry into the range complex is illegal. For more information on range boundaries or to report instances of trespassing, contact the Nellis Combat Arms Section at 702-652-5562 or 702-652-7644 or the Nellis Law Enforcement Desk at 702-652-2311 or 702-652-2312.
