Nellis AFB lieutenant to compete at national racquetball tourney

U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Maurice Mckoy, 99th Comptroller Squadron financial officer, dives to hit the racquetball May 17, 2012, at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. McKoy has been playing competitive racquet ball for more than 12 years and was hand-picked by the chief of Air Force sports to represent the Air Force in the 45th National Racquetball Singles Championship in Fullerton, Calif.

NELLIS AIR FORCE BASE, Nev. — U.S. Air Force 2nd Lt. Maurice McKoy, a 99th Comptroller Squadron finance officer from Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., will join the Air Force Racquetball Team for the second time.

McKoy was hand-picked by the chief of Air Force sports to compete at the 45th National Racquetball Singles Championship in Fullerton, Calif., May 23-27, 2012. McKoy placed first in two categories at the U.S.A. Racquetball-hosted competition last year.
