Q: How do I sign up for TRICARE Plus?
A: Signing up is easy. Simply complete a TRICARE Plus enrollment application and return it to the base hospital TRICARE office. Our mailing address is 99 MDG/SGST, ATTN: TRICARE Office, Nellis AFB, NV 89191. You can also enroll in our office Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Enrollment is effective within 30-60 days. You will receive a letter from us letting you know the effective date and how to begin accessing care at Nellis.

A: You can research more about TRICARE Plus by visiting www.tricare.mil. Once at the TRICARE site you can search for references on “TRICARE Plus”. You can reach our local TRICARE staff by calling 702-653-3254/2518/2223/2078/2144.
