Survive, Thrive 5k run

The event was coordinated by the sexual assault response coordinator, mental health, and the Warrior Fitness Center to promote mental wellness and wingmanship.

Approximately 450 runners hit the halfway mark of the Survive and Thrive 5-kilometer run April 19 at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. The run was organized to raise awareness of mental health programs offered to Nellis Airmen, as well as sexual assault prevention courses.
