A. Yes, you may register using any of the following options.
Online: Visit www.express-scripts.com/TRICARE
Phone: Call 1-877-363-1303; 1-877-363-1433 TDD/TTY (for the hearing impaired) 1-877-540-6261
Mail: Download the registration form and mail it to:

NOTE: If a TRICARE Prime beneficiary received a referral or authorization for TRICARE covered services from April 1 through July 2, the referred specialty care should occur by Sept. 29. If a beneficiary can’t receive care before Sept. 29, they should contact United Health Care.
