Q. I have a concern with my care at Mike O’Callaghan Federal Medical Center I would like to address. What is the process for this?

Q. How much does TRICARE Reserve Select coverage cost?

A. The TRICARE Reserve Select coverage cost for a TRICARE Reserve Select member is $51.62 dollars and the coverage cost for a member with family is $195.81 dollars. Premiums are adjusted annually, effective Jan. 1 each year.
You may purchase TRICARE Reserve Select at any time throughout the year and there are no tiers or open seasons. Mail or fax your completed Reserve Component Health Coverage Request Form DD Form 2896-1 along with a two-month initial premium payment to your regional contractor. Initial premiums may be paid by check, money order, cashier’s check payable to the regional contractor or by Visa®/MasterCard® and Electronic Fund Transfer.
After the initial payment, all premiums must be paid by either monthly EFT or credit/debit card.
