The legal office expands appointment availability: The legal office has expanded its appointment availability to better serve you. Appointments are now available 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9-11 a.m. Friday. Due to the expanded appointment availability, walk-in hours are no longer available. Air University temporarily suspended: The Air University has temporarily suspended all active duty enrollment in the NCO Academy Distance Learning Academy Distance Learning Course. Active-duty students who were enrolled in the course have been dis-enrolled. The course is open only to reserve and guard members at this time.
Your total well-being: This comprehensive service will map your journey down the road toward wellness and achieving a healthy lifestyle. Your journey includes blood pressure screening, health risk appraisal, fitness assessment/exercise prescription, body fat analysis and nutritional guidance. Amazing Abs: Monday and Wednesday in the Warrior Fitness Center group exerciser room from 3:30 to 3:50 p.m. Learn new exercises that work on the core and strengthening and firming the torso. This class is for all fitness levels.
