Airmen participate in annual load crew competition

Tech. Sgt. Staff Sgt. Staff Sgt. Shane, Staff Sgt. Nicholas and Airman 1st Class Curtis, 432nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron weapons loaders, align an inert GBU-12 Paveway II laser-guided bomb for loading onto an MQ-9 Reaper remotely piloted aircraft Jan. 17 during the 432nd Maintenance Group Load Crew of the Year competition. Weapons load crew competitions take place quarterly and annually to build camaraderie and allow Airmen to showcase superior performance.
