Ask the Doc

doctor
Q.“How do I transfer my prescriptions from my local retail pharmacy to TRICARE’s home delivery option?   “

A. Transferring your prescriptions to home delivery is easy! Call the Express Scripts Member Choice Center at 1-877-363-1433 and they will call your provider to get a new written prescription for home delivery.
Transferring your prescriptions over the phone takes about 7 minutes; you’ll get your first shipment in about 14 days.

Note: Due to a mandatory base-wide exercise on March 25, 2014, the Mike O’Callaghan Federal Medical Center will be closed for normal operations with the exception of the Emergency Room and inpatient services. All outpatient clinics, including the main pharmacy, satellite pharmacy, laboratory and radiology will be closed for normal operation in support of the exercise.
