Military children honored during parade

Month of the Military Child is celebrated all throughout April. Every day of the week throughout April, there is a different theme to help celebrate the Month of the Military Child. Some of the themes include, crazy hat day, pajama day and crazy hair day.

A Nellis Air Force Base Child Development Center class marches in the Month of the Military Child parade in front of the CDC April 28 at Nellis AFB, Nev. The CDC has had a different theme every weekday throughout April to celebrate Month of the Military Child. One of the activities was a classroom breakfast, where parents could join their children in the classroom for breakfast.
