Stay alive: If you drink don’t drive

safety
Airmen are constantly reminded not to drink and drive due to the illegality and safety concerns. According to the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence, an estimated 32 percent of fatal car crashes involve an intoxicated driver or pedestrian. Airmen that receive a DUI are subject to punishment under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 111, drunken or reckless operation of vehicle, aircraft, or vessel. Always remember 0-0-1-3, zero underage drinking offenses, zero drinking and driving incidents, one drink per hour, and three drinks maximum per evening.
