Q. What is TRICARE Plus?

A. TRICARE Plus gives you the local benefit of accessing prime and specialty care at the Mike O’Callaghan Federal Hospital at Nellis Air Force Base

Q. How do I sign up for TRICARE Plus?

A. Signing up is easy. Simply complete a TRICARE Plus enrollment application and return it to the base hospital TRICARE office. Our mailing address is:

You can also enroll in our office Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Enrollment is effective within 20-60 days. You will receive a letter from us letting you know the effective date and how to begin accessing care at Nellis AFB.
