The U.S. Navy has awarded General Dynamics Electric Boat two contracts worth $25.2 million to perform nuclear submarine and carrier maintenance and modernization work in Groton, Conn., and Bremerton, Wash.

Electric Boat is a wholly owned subsidiary of General Dynamics.
