Petty Officer 3rd Class Andrew Richard faces away from targets during live-fire training aboard USS Pearl Harbor May 8. Richard hails from Lancaster, Calif., and serves as a corpsman with Battalion Landing Team 3/1, the ground combat element for the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit. Company with DC-10 tankers leaving California for Wyoming
