Female veteran stand down slated for Los Angeles

U.S.VETS is holding their second annual Female Veteran Stand Down July 20 at the USC-Davidson Conference Center Campus, 3501 South Figueroa Street, Los Angeles.

The stand down runs 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and is open to all female veterans that have served in the U.S. armed forces.

The event will bring together more than 95 service providers to offer free medical, mental health, dental, nutrition, housing services, employment workshops, legal services, financial counseling and daycare to female veterans.
