General Dynamics board declares dividend, authorizes share repurchases

The General Dynamics board June 6 declared a regular quarterly dividend of 51 cents per share on the company’s common stock, payable Aug. 10, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business July 6.

The board also authorized management to repurchase 10 million shares of the company’s issued and outstanding common stock on the open market.
