Drunken Driving Convictions April 12, 2012


The following individuals were convicted in the first quarter 2012 of driving under the influence on Fort Irwin by a federal magistrate judge of the United States Court for the Central District of California:

  • Mr. William Garcia
  • Specialist Robert Hurtado, 2nd Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment
  • Private First Class Rebecca Nulph, 2nd Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment
  • Specialist Cesar Pulido, 1st Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment
  • Mr. Andre Richardson
  • Specialist Fernando Salcedo, 1st Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment

Federal magistrate court convenes on the second Thursday of every month at the Fort Irwin Courtroom, Building 239, at the corner of C Avenue and 3rd Street.
