Commissary case lot sale

The Fort Irwin Commissary will hold a case lot sale tomorrow Friday, May 4 through Monday. Tomorrow, the hours will be from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday the hours will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On Monday, the hours will be from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

Cinco de Mayo fun run

The Mayo My! 5k and 2k fun run/walk will take place at 8 a.m. Saturday starting at Coyote Activity Center.  Cost is $3 at the event or $5 in advance.  Register by visiting Memorial Fitness Center, Freedom Fitness Center or Coyote Activity Center.  All are welcome.  For more information, call 380-7240 or 380-7242.

 

Fun at The Exchange

The Fort Irwin Exchange will hold a family-friendly event with music, bounce houses, food, and demonstrations by a freestyle motocross team with Ronnie Renner.  The event will take place from noon to 6 p.m.  There will be live music by the band Breathe Out Loud, a DJ, raffles, water balloons, face painting, a watermelon eating contest and more.  This event is free and open to all at Fort Irwin.

 

National Prescription Drug  Take-Back Day

National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day will be held Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Army Field parking lot.  This is a free, anonymous opportunity to get rid of any expired, unused, unwanted prescription and over-the-counter drugs.  For more information, see here or call 380-4153.
