An Afghan role player, portraying an Afghanistan provincial governor, addresses security concerns to Col. Michael Getchell, commander of 4th Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 2nd Infantry Division and other brigade leadership June 11 during a key leader engagement exercise at the National Training Center.
