Peach is a 2-year-old female black cat who is very “talkative” and loves to be petted. Mule is a brindle pit bull puppy who got his name because he was found near the horse detachment stables after being kicked by a mule, but he lived to tell the tale! Due to housing regulations, Mule must be adopted off post. His last day is tomorrow. Chinook is a friendly female pit bull puppy who also must be adopted off post. Bradley is an orange and white Pointer/American bulldog mix who is about two years old. Star is a female cat with two different-colored eyes who is looking for a home. If you would like to meet these animals or their furry friends, visit the Fort Irwin veterinary clinic between 2-4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Adoption fees are $60 for cats and $90 for dogs and include spaying/neutering, vaccinations, and micro-chipping. For more information, call 380-3025.
