Where do you volunteer? Army Community Service

What you do as a volunteer? I am the Crackerjack Flats Residential Area Mayor

What do you get out of volunteering? Volunteering provides me with an opportunity to meet new people, make new friends, and strengthen my ties to the community.

How did you get started as a volunteer? I started volunteering out of boredom. Being new to Fort Irwin I needed something productive to do with my time.

What advice would you give to someone thinking about volunteering? Some advice I would give is to volunteer your time to an organization you believe in! Do something you love, I love working with ACS with Tony, Sarah and now Bob!!

Where do you volunteer? Oasis Pool and Red Cross events.

What do you do as a volunteer? I help kids learn to swim or help out at the Red Cross at events whenever I am needed.

What you get out of volunteering? It makes me very happy to help children learn many things.

How did you got started as a volunteer? My family learned about the Red Cross from the Newcomers Orientation when we moved to Fort Irwin.

Advice you would give someone about volunteering? To be focused, be safe, and have fun.
