Important Information
Due to the potential safety hazards associated with investigating munitions, the public is required to remain a safe distance away from the site for the duration of the project. To protect the public, the Army will work with the community to ensure safety while minimizing inconveniences to residents and personnel near the Supplemental Site Inspection Study Area. These efforts will include fencing and sign posting around the work area but may also include temporarily closures of sections of North Loop Road. Nearby buildings and residences may also need to be temporarily vacated and closed during portions of the investigation. If this occurs, affected parties will be notified 48 hours in advance and informed of relocation options. Work will only occur during daylight hours; any closures or evacuations will be lifted in the evening.
If evacuations are required they will not be scheduled on Christmas or New Years Day
