NTC and Fort Irwin

TRICARE Online (TOL) is designated for TRICARE Prime patients currently enrolled at a military treatment facility, and is designed to make scheduling and/or cancelling appointments within the military health system easier and more convenient.

TOL is a secure Department of Defense Web portal, with patient-focused access to:

  • Round the clock appointment scheduling (Never be put on hold!) – You can schedule and view primary care appointments, and have reminders sent via email or text
  • Prescription refills (Cut your wait time in line!) – Request prescription refills for military treatment facility pickup; check status of prescriptions, or; link to the TRICARE Mail Order Pharmacy to schedule home delivery
  • Secure messaging (Talk to your provider on-line!) – Ask private questions in a secure environment and get answers from your healthcare team
  • “Blue Button” (Access personal health data!) – View, download and/or print your laboratory results, outpatient medication profile, allergy profile, problem list, and appointment history
  • Resource Center – Access to TRICARE benefits information and services at www.tricare.mil and/or link to health care information and services
