Kids Caught Being Safe: Cruz, Devin, James and Jasmine

Cruz Bautista and Devin Fonseca were “Caught Being Safe” on their way to school on their bikes. Both boys showed great safety skills by wearing approved helmets properly with the chin strap securely fastened. In addition, the boys dismounted from their bikes and walked across all pedestrian zones.
