Out of more than 122,000 Air Force Club members worldwide, only one will get a chance to attend the Ultimate Fighting Championship Experience in Las Vegas.
The winner of the Air Force Clubs UFC Fight Frenzy prize drawing was Edwards AFB’s own Tech. Sgt. Ryan Singer, Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center Detachment 1, Cybersecurity Branch NCOIC. Singer was selected from a drawing for a VIP UFC Fight Package for two and will attend the Jan. 2, 2016, Robbie Lawler vs. Carlos Condit UFC Title Match in Las Vegas.
Singer will attend the fight with his wife, Tara, who introduced him to UFC “back in the day.” Singer was deployed in 2005 when his wife started watching the fights at home, and when he returned, she shared her new found entertainment with him.
On their trip, they will receive hotel accommodations and a UFC Experience Package to include passes to the weigh-in, fight seating, back stage access, and much more.
The Singers have been attending the fight frenzy events at Club Muroc for the last several months.
“I like going to live events,” said Singer. “I haven’t gotten a chance to go to a live one recently because they haven’t been around where I’ve been.”
