Through our character – an opportunity to reflect on important issues in our community
Leo Tolstoy, whose writings had a profound impact on such pivotal 20th century figures as Mohandas Gandhi and Martin Luther King, Jr., wrote, “If you look for perfection, you’ll never be content.” This next week, especially in the midst of the holiday busyness, remind yourself, you are not and never will be perfect. Yes, we should be growing, learning and bettering ourselves but perfection is unattainable. This is why we need God in our lives.
