The 412th Force Support Squadron Education and Training Office announces the Academic Degree and Certification Training-Part Time program. The Air Force Test Center and 412th Test Wing Civilian Advisory Board for Career Development has approved the program for implementation. ADCT-PT is a locally-developed, competitive academic degree program that provides AFTC/412th TW appropriated fund civilian employees an opportunity to receive tuition support for approved bachelors or masters degrees. The difference between this program and other methods is where civilian employees may receive Air Force support for college classes. The ADCT-PT students will receive tuition support for all or a significant part of an accredited degree program. ADCT-PT funding will cover the full cost of tuition and instructional fees up to $4,500 per fiscal year. While no guarantees of future funding for this program can be given, available funds will be distributed among selectees each year until degree completion. Permanent AFTC/412th TW appropriated fund civilian employees who have at least one year of service at Edwards AFB can apply. Bachelor’s applicants must have already completed at least 60 credits towards their degree program as of date of application. Master’s applicants must be eligible to enroll in a master’s program as of the date of application. This program does not cover doctoral degrees. All applications must be submitted by Nov. 30.
