Selection Reasons:

Staff Sgt. Todd trained 12 unit program coordinators, covering seven personnel programs while reinforcing standards and increased efficiency by 80%. She tracked and updated over 100 inbound personnel and improved our update rate from 20% to 100%. She processed over 640 evaluations for the 12 AF and 8 wings with a 98% on-time rate to AFPC. She also streamlined the SCOD process for EPRs w/in 12 AF by creating a roster that identifies all EPRs pending in EMS, gains, losses and those members with line numbers. This SCOD roster enabled the UPCs and CSS to ensure all EPRs are handled appropriately.

Sergeant Todd finished six credit hours for her Psychology BS and is 70% complete. She finished six credit hours for her Human Resource Management degree and received her CCAF. Completed a one day PTL training course and is now certified. Completed a one day ADPE training course and followed up with a short turn SAV resulting in an excellent rating. She aided the 12 AF Santa’s in Blue drive by sponsoring the 4th grade class and helped out 40 deprived kids for Christmas.
