As a Response Force Leader assigned to the 355 Security Forces Squadron her duty performance has consistently been above reproach. Her Force Protection diligence has safeguarded 1.5K aircraft, 32 billion dollars in wing assets, and facilitated Air Combat Command’s largest flying program with 9,763 sorties/19,060 hours flown. Furthermore, Sergeant Bufford always strives to increase her aptitude and sharpen her leadership/supervisory skill sets as evident by her attendance of the 36 hour Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Enhancement Seminar. As a volunteer activist, she tirelessly gives to the community through various avenues such as spearheading fundraiser opportunities with the University of Arizona for the First Six, and organizing the American Red Cross blood drive with 49 units of blood collected resulting in 147 lives saved. Finally, Sergeant Bufford is currently enrolled in scholastic studies with the American Military University and to date has amassed 68 college credit hours towards her Bachelor’s degree in English.
