ATLANTIC OCEAN–Electrician’s Mate (Nuclear) 3rd Class Scott Wilson, from Lancaster, Calif., operates a Portable Exothermic Cutting Unit in the machine shop of the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73). George Washington, homeported in Norfolk, is underway conducting carrier qualifications in the Atlantic Ocean.
