FORT IRWIN, Calif.  — The National Training Center’s Commanding General Brig. Jeff Broadwater and Command Sgt. Maj. Matthew Lowe, greeted more than 200 military and civilian senior leaders at the Fort Irwin Event and Catering Center on Jan. 7. Alicia Broadwater and Jennifer Lowe, wives of General Broadwater and Sergeant Major Matthew Lowe, also welcomed spouses and community leaders from Barstow. The CG’s New Year’s reception is an annual event that helps maintain a connection between military and community leaders.
