BARSTOW, Calif. — Leaders of the National Training Center, including Commanding Brig. Gen. David Lesperance and Garrison Commander, Col. Jeanette Martin, joined other service members and veterans at the Veterans Home of California- Barstow during a Military Mixer event on Sept. 24. Guests included the Marines, Navy, Army, Air Force and civilians. The mixer was an opportunity for individuals from local communities and all military ranks to get better acquainted from NTC, Marine Corps Logistics Base and the Veterans Home. Guests enjoyed hearing stories and interacting with the veterans at the Home. This is an annual event that is rotates from NTC to the Veterans Home to MCLB as hosts.
