FORT IRWIN, Calif.  — Fort Irwin’s own Isis Rosario performed at seven, different locations across the Fort Irwin community on May 29 in a mobile series of outdoor mini concerts. The locations ranged from the housing area to Shockwave, to the Hospital and residents came out to listen, dance and have a good time. Izis la Enfermera is Rosario’s stage name and she says she wanted to give the community a chance to take a break, as she brought music to their doorstep. She is also a captain at Weed Army Community Hospital on post.
