Run for the Fallen, 7 a.m., Painted Rocks
Run for the Fallen is a national event honoring every service member who has died during the War on Terror while on active duty or as a result of active duty. The route covers 6,000 miles across 19 states on its way to Arlington National Cemetery, but it begins at Fort Irwin’s Painted Rocks.
