AFSA celebrates 66th Air Force birthday at Lancaster vet home

Members of the Air Force Sergeants Association Chapter 1328 hosted a barbecue lunch at the Lancaster Veterans Home of California Sept. 18, in honor of the 66th U.S. Air Force birthday. AFSA provided burgers, hotdogs and a birthday cake.

AFFT Museum moves helicopter to Texas

The Air Force Flight Test Museum parted with a Sikorsky VH-34 helicopter Sept. 13. The aircraft, which has been in the boneyard for nearly 20 years, is being moved to the Texas Military Forces Museum in Austin, Texas.
