Col. Robert Sylvester, 56th Mission Support Group commander, and Airman 1st Class Ariel Ciprian, 56th Comptroller Squadron milpay technician, conclude the 2016 Hispanic Heritage Month festivities with a cake cutting at a luncheon Oct. 14 at Club Five Six. “Un Corazon Flamenco” performed, retired Chief Warrant Officer II Roy Delgado, now a city of El Mirage councilman, spoke, and traditional Hispanic food was served. The theme was Embracing, Enriching, and Enabling America and the Hispanic culture in the military.
