‘Christmas in July’ event needs helping hand

“Christmas in July” is coming to The Hangar in Lancaster, Calif.

Hosted by Grace Resources, the event aims to give toys to under privileged children.

On July 13, the Jethawks will play the San Jose Giants with the game starting at 6:35 p.m. “Christmas in July” is an amazing event filled with baseball, face painting, a free toy for every child 12 and under, and a visit from Santa.

There are several ways you can help:
1. Donate canned food.
2. The Jethawks game begins at 6:35pm, tickets are $6 each when purchased at Grace Resource Center. Regular admission on game day at The Hanger is $10 for grandstand adult seating, and $9 grandstand child, senior or military seating. Plan an evening with family and friends, or get a group together to enjoy the evening.
3. Purchase tickets and donate them back to Grace for our client families to attend the game.
4. Become a Sponsor. Visit www.graceresources.org and make a donation, with the notation “Christmas in July.”
