U.S. Air Force Airman Michael J. Castellanos graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Castellanos is the son of Miguel A. Castellanos and grandson of Benito and Guadalupe Cano, all of Rosamond, Calif.
He is a 2016 graduate of Rosamond High School, Rosamond, Calif.

U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Westley J. Sermon graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Sermon earned distinction as an honor graduate.
He is the son of San Juanita and David Sermon of Rosamond, Calif. The airman is also the husband of Jessica Sermon.
Sermon is a 2011 graduate of Rosamond High School, Rosamond, Calif.

Lewis is the son of Erica B. Smart of Quartz Hill, Calif., grandson of Eric Lewis and Debra Cook-Lewis of Lancaster, Calif., and nephew of Amy Flores of Maibu, Calif., and Lisa Lewis of Charleston, S.C.
He is a 2017 graduate of Quartz Hill High School, Quartzhill, Calif.

The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training also earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Robledo is the son of Arnold Robledo Jr. and Christina Robledo of Murfreesboro, Tenn., and grandson of Arnold Robledo Sr. of Lake Los Angeles, Calif. He is also the brother of Merissa Robledo and Anthony Robledo.
The airman graduated in 2012 from Riverdale High School, Murfreesboro, Tenn., and earned an associate degree in 2015 from WyoTech, Blairsville, Penn.
