A member of the Ollin Yoliztli Mexican Folklore Dance Academy performs a traditional dance Oct. 15 during the Hispanic Heritage Month closing ceremony at the Navy Operational Support Center at Luke Air Force Base. Luke observed HHM Sept. 15 to Oct. 15 to recognize the contributions of Latin people in society and provide education about their culture.
