The 56th Security Forces Squadron handled the following incidents April 11 through 17 at Luke Air Force Base:
Tickets
Security forces issued citations for six moving violations and one nonmoving violation.
Traffic-related incidents
April 11: Security forces responded to a report of a minor vehicle collision near Bldg. 460. There were no injuries.
April 15: Security forces responded to a report of a minor vehicle collision near the dorm management office. There were no injuries.
Emergency responses
April 11: Security forces responded to a report of a medical emergency in base housing. An individual was transported to a local hospital.
April 15: Security forces responded to a report of a medical emergency in base housing. An individual was transported to a local hospital.
April 16: Security forces responded to a report of an assault in base housing. A security forces’ investigation determined an assault had occurred. Glendale police arrived and took control.
Nonemergency responses
April 13: Security forces identified an individual with an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault at the Lightning Gate. The individual was detained until Surprise police arrived and took control.
Alarm activations
Security forces responded to three alarm activations on base.
