Retired Air Force Gen. Robin Rand speaks at the Women’s Leadership Academy series Feb. 21, 2020, at The Wigwam in Litchfield Park, Ariz. Rand gave leadership guidance including the importance of the Air Force core values through establishing, teaching and enforcing standards.
